01 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and y786 ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). By registering an account on y786, accessing any part of the platform, or placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

03 Your Account

Each player may hold only one active y786 account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — will be closed, and any balances and pending withdrawals may be voided.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. y786 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

You must provide accurate, truthful information when registering. If your personal details change — for example, your phone number or bank account information — you are required to update your account promptly. y786 may request documentation to verify your identity, address or payment method at any time, including before processing a withdrawal.

Where an account is closed by y786 for reasons not attributable to player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method where possible.

04 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on y786 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and approved mobile wallets. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Minimum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page within your account. y786 does not charge deposit fees on its side, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

• Deposits are credited to your y786 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within seconds to a few minutes.
• Bank Transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing times.
• y786 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match your y786 account name.

If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected time, please contact the y786 support team with your transaction reference. Do not attempt a second deposit until the first has been resolved, as this may result in duplicate charges from your payment provider.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. y786 processes withdrawal requests during business hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing time of your chosen payment provider.

• You may only withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the method's availability for outgoing transfers.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. This is standard practice and protects all players on the platform.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to a review period, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount exceeds a defined threshold.

The following general bonus rules apply across all y786 promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per device.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period stated on the promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited automatically.
• y786 reserves the right to modify, pause or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while a player is actively working through wagering requirements, the requirements in place at the time the bonus was credited will remain applicable.

07 Gameplay Rules

All casino games, slot titles, live dealer tables and bingo rooms on y786 operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time card and roulette mechanics conducted by trained dealers. This ensures that all game outcomes are fair, random and independent of previous results.

• Bets placed cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been confirmed by the system.

10 Account Suspension & Closure

y786 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The player is found to be in breach of these Terms in any material respect.
• The player is found to have provided false, misleading or unverifiable information.
• Suspicious activity, fraudulent behaviour or abuse of the platform is detected.
• A chargeback or payment dispute is raised against a y786 deposit.
• The account has been inactive for a prolonged period and has a zero or minimal balance.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, y786 will notify the player where it is appropriate and safe to do so. Investigations are conducted promptly, and the outcome will be communicated once the review is complete. During an active investigation, access to the account and any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold.

You may also close your own y786 account at any time by contacting the support team. If you close your account voluntarily with a positive real-money balance, the remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any outstanding identity verification is completed.

11 Privacy & Data
